The launch of the Facilization Academy of Banking Technology marked the beginning of a long-term mission: to develop the next generation of banking technology professionals through practical, industry-driven learning.
Between 20 May and 23 June 2026, the Academy successfully delivered its first two intensive internship programmes:

Designed as five-week, full-time programmes, participants attended instructor-led sessions Monday through Friday, combining technical expertise, functional banking knowledge, project-based learning, mentoring, and real-world banking scenarios that reflected the demands of today’s financial institutions.
Rather than offering traditional classroom training, the Academy created an immersive learning experience where participants developed the practical skills, professional mindset, and collaborative approach required to contribute effectively to banking technology projects from day one.
